Entry Forms (entry forms were due on August 1, 2011)
If you would like your quilt or other craft items to be on display, please fill out an entry form.  Entry forms are available at the meetings  or on this website (click here to go to our entry form); entry forms are due at the meeting in August (no late entries will be accepted).  An entry form needs to be completely filled out for each item entered.  When marking quilt size, please enter size in inches, rather than noting it is a king, queen, or twin.

If your quilt has a definite top to it, please pin a note on the quilt at the top, noting that it is the top.  Our husbands are the ones who hang the quilts, and sometimes they are not aware of the pattern or design, and which way should go up.

Quilt Registration
Please bring your quilt or other items for the show to the Heyburn Elementary School Gym on Saturday, September 3.  Volunteers will be at the gym by 8 AM to start checking in the quilts.  Quilt registration will close at 12 PM.
